- Refrigerator and appliances checked and turned on if needed

- Essential groceries stocked (if requested)

- Alarm system checks (activation, deactivation)
- Door locks, window locks, garage access inspected
- Signs of forced entry, leaks, or damage checked
- Storm or weather event readiness
